ThreeTrader is seeking a Senior Growth Manager to lead Rest of World expansion outside core regions. You will own end-to-end growth funnel for new and emerging markets, from market entry to activation, retention, and revenue growth.

You’ll work with Paid Media, CRM, Affiliate/IB, Product, and Regional teams, but your mandate is growth outcomes, not channel execution. This high-impact role suits someone who has built growth engines for challenger brands in competitive, performance-driven

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Growth Marketing, Commercial Growth, or Performance-led Marketing roles with expansion experience.
• Proven experience in Forex/CFD/FinTech or similar high-performance digital industries.
• Ownership of full-funnel growth outcomes and multi-market leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute ROW market expansion and growth strategy.
• Own end-to-end growth funnel from acquisition to revenue across multiple markets.
• Drive activation, retention, and LTV through lifecycle and CRM initiatives.
• Partner with Affiliate/IB, Paid Media, Product, and Regional teams to scale growth.
• Build scalable growth ecosystems and non-paid channels in emerging markets.
• Define KPIs and build dashboards; run experiments to lift conversion.
