Job summary

ThreeTrader is seeking a commercial, hands-on Senior Growth Manager to lead its Rest of World expansion strategy. This role owns the full growth funnel for new and emerging markets outside core regions—from market entry to active trading and revenue growth.

You’ll collaborate with Paid Media, CRM, Affiliate/IB, Product, and Regional teams to own growth outcomes in competitive markets. This is a high-impact role for someone who has built growth engines for challenger brands in Forex, CFD,

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Growth Marketing or performance-led roles with 0→1 expansion experience.
• Experience scaling challenger or emerging brands in Forex, CFD, FinTech, Crypto, or similar digital sectors.
• Demonstrated ownership of full-funnel growth outcomes and international market activity.
• Strong experience collaborating across Marketing, Product, CRM, Compliance, and Regional teams.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments with limited structure.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute ROW growth strategies beyond core regions.
• Own end-to-end funnel from acquisition to revenue generation and retention.
• Drive activation and first deposits, boosting tradings and client lifetime value.
• Lead partnerships with Affiliate and IB teams to scale non-paid growth channels.
• Develop lifecycle strategies with CRM teams to improve activation and retention.
• Build scalable growth ecosystems in emerging markets and create data-driven dashboards.
