Job summary

Trade View Pty Ltd is seeking a strategic and driven Sales Leader to grow and lead a team of Sales Traders across diversified markets including Cryptos, FX, Indices, Shares and Commodities. You will drive revenue growth, mentor a high‑performing team and ensure best practices in client engagement and compliance.

This is a strategically critical sales and growth role within Trade View

This role will suit someone with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills and growth mindset paired with exceptional drive and ambition who thrives on challenges.

The Opportunity:

Trade View is a cutting edge, well established Trading firm specialising in Algorithmic Trading. We are currently recruiting due to high demand for our Trading Platform, Trader Development Programs & Algo Trading Conference.

Dealing with all aspects of sales and trading in relation to Cryptos, FX, Indices, Shares, Commodities and more, this position will see the successful applicant lead & grow a team of professional Sales Traders to exceed targets and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities will include:

• In conjunction with management, develop strategies to grow revenue as well as build and manage our team of Sales Traders
• Achieve assigned team and personal sales targets
• Engage and collaborate with management to ensure appropriate buy-in, collaboration, alignment and execution of sales strategies
• Promote and ensure Sales Trader excellence across the team
• Creation of sales tools and development of sales dashboards
• Produce reports and manage team KPI’s whilst identifying areas of improvement and implementing successful strategies for growth
• Maintaining thorough knowledge of our products and services to deliver the best outcome for clients
• Develop and promote a growth mindset across the team, coach and support Sales Traders, create and deliver sales skills development training
• Entertain High Profile clients

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful sales strategies in a sales cycle, preferably (but not essential) in the financial services industry.
• Experience mentoring sales teams of varying roles and skill set
• Knowledge of compliance / regulatory requirements relevant to financial services
• Experience in selling financial services products
