AHL is a not-for-profit Commonwealth company dedicated to culturally safe and affordable accommodation for First Nations people. As a Roving Hostel Manager you will lead hostel operations, develop staff, ensure safety, cleanliness and high occupancy, and liaise with the National Office.

The role requires strong organisational and people skills, and a commitment to delivering services that make a positive impact across NSW & VIC locations. Accommodation and meals are provided on site.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people-management experience.
• Strong organisational and people skills.
• Commitment to cultural safety and First Nations communities.
• Ability to learn systems quickly and follow policies.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all aspects of hostel operations across multiple locations.
• Provide team leadership, performance development, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure high hostel occupancy and exceptional resident service.
• Ensure compliance with AHL policies and report to the Operations Management Team.
