AHL is hiring a Roving Hostel Manager to lead across four locations (Leichardt, Tamworth, Newcastle, Melbourne). You will drive high occupancy, ensure safety and cleanliness, and develop staff performance.

Strong cultural safety commitment and stakeholder liaison are essential for delivering exceptional service to residents. The role requires proactive leadership, organisational excellence, and the ability to navigate diverse community needs while reporting to the Operations Management Team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hostel or service-delivery teams.
• Commitment to First Nations communities and safety.
• Ability to learn systems quickly and follow procedures.
• Strong organisational and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hostel operations across multiple locations.
• Lead and develop the hostel team and performance.
• Ensure service quality, safety, and cleanliness.
• Build relationships with local stakeholders and residents.
• Report to Operations Management Team and coordinate with National Office.
