About the role

As a Roving Care Manager, you'll provide hands‑on clinical leadership and management support across multiple residential aged care homes.

You’ll work closely with General Managers and clinical teams to ensure residents receive high‑quality, person‑centred care while supporting operational performance, clinical governance and continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor of Nursing qualification.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Demonstrated experience in a senior clinical leadership role within residential aged care.
• 4 + years experience as a Clinical Care Manager, Care Manager or equivalent
• Strong understanding of clinical governance, aged care standards and regulatory requirements
• Confidence stepping into new environments and quickly building rapport with different teams.
• Strong clinical assessment, decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
