Job summary

E4 People is seeking a Care Manager for a large aged care home near Wahroonga, NSW. You will lead and support clinical teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in a compliant, well-run facility.

This role offers a generous salary of $135,000–$145,000 plus Super, with an established leadership structure and opportunities to impact resident care and team performance.

You must hold AHPRA registration as an RN and have at least 1 year of Care Manager experience in aged care.

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• At least one year's experience working as a Care Manager within aged care.
• Strong clinical leadership and team management capabilities.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
• The ability to support, develop and motivate clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical care delivery and support your team to ensure high-quality care for residents.
• Lead and mentor the care staff within an established leadership structure.
• Collaborate with the Facility Manager and other Care Managers to maintain smooth operations and compliance.
