Job summary

Southern Cross Care WA is seeking a Rostering Partner to provide rostering expertise, workforce analysis, and strategic support across our WA operations. This permanent full-time role is based at the Rivervale office, with flexible working arrangements including the option to work from home.

You will partner with Rostering Officers, monitor workforce metrics, and drive rostering best practice to optimise service delivery and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Experience using workforce management and rostering systems.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret workforce data and identify trends.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of workforce management principles, industrial instruments, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyse workforce utilisation, labour costs, overtime, agency usage, leave trends, and key workforce metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support workforce forecasting, establishment reviews, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Partner with Rostering Officers to improve workforce planning outcomes and promote rostering best practice.
• Monitor compliance with industrial agreements, workforce management standards, and organisational requirements.
• Support workforce governance activities, audits, and compliance monitoring.
• Identify workforce risks and recommend practical solutions to support operational and financial outcomes.
• Contribute to workforce projects, process improvements, and system enhancements.
• Develop strong relationships with operational leaders and provide expert workforce planning advice.
