Job summary

Southern Cross Care WA is seeking a proactive Rostering Partner to provide rostering expertise, workforce analysis, and strategic support across the organisation. This permanent full-time role is based at our Rivervale office with flexible working arrangements, including the option to work from home.

You will analyse workforce utilisation, labour costs and trends; partner with Rostering Officers to improve planning; monitor industrial agreements; and support governance, audits and system

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, rostering, scheduling or workforce monitoring.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret workforce data and identify trends.
• Experience using workforce management and rostering systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of workforce management principles, industrial instruments and compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyse workforce utilisation, labour costs, overtime, agency usage, leave trends and key workforce metrics.
• Support workforce forecasting, establishment reviews, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Partner with Rostering Officers to improve rostering outcomes and promote best practice.
• Monitor compliance with industrial agreements and workforce management standards.
• Support workforce governance activities, audits and compliance monitoring.
• Identify workforce risks and propose practical solutions to support operational and financial outcomes.
• Contribute to workforce projects, process improvements and system enhancements.
• Develop strong relationships with operational leaders and provide expert workforce planning advice.
