As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Rostering Team Leader who can build workforce capability, optimise service delivery and support our operational teams to deliver exceptional care outcomes.
Reporting to the HR Manager, the Rostering Team Leader is accountable for the effectiveness, efficiency, compliance and performance of DCR's rostering function. You will lead a team of Rostering Coordinators while remaining hands‐on in day‐to‐day operations, workforce deployment and service continuity activities. Working closely with Care Operations, HR and other stakeholders, you'll ensure workforce resources are effectively aligned to client needs while balancing labour utilisation, compliance requirements and quality outcomes.
Additional experience in SCHADS Award interpretation, NDIS Practice Standards, workforce analytics and organisational growth initiatives will be advantageous.
