Life Without Barriers is looking for an experienced Manager Rostering to lead our rostering function within Child, Youth & Family Services.
This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring our rostering systems, processes and practices support an effective, sustainable and responsive workforce. You will lead a team of rostering professionals, while partnering closely with operational leaders and teams to optimise workforce coverage, improve rostering capability and maintain continuity of support for children and young people.
You'll bring strong rostering expertise, sound knowledge of industrial requirements and a practical, solutions-focused approach. While this is a leadership role, you'll also be comfortable getting hands-on when required to resolve complex rostering issues and ensure service continuity.
You're an experienced rostering or workforce professional who enjoys balancing people leadership with operational problem-solving. You understand that effective rostering is about more than filling shifts - it's about creating sustainable workforce solutions that support quality services and positive outcomes for children and young people.
