Job summary

Infinite Aged Care is seeking a Rostering & Staffing Specialist to lead front-line staffing at our Windsor care home. This full-time, site-based role reports to the General Manager and focuses on rostering for day, afternoon and night shifts to ensure resident care continuity.

You will partner with the workforce optimisation team, manage shift changes and communicate availability to staff, while training users of our timekeeping system and maintaining confidential information.

Qualifications

• Extensive staff rostering experience across direct, contracting and labour hire.
• Strong communication with operational teams to ensure rostering information is accurate.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple shifts simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail across phone, email and in-person communications.
• NDIS Clearance held or willingness to obtain one to operate within the facility.
• Experience with Roster Bid Manager tools for communicating extra shifts.
• Experience collaborating with rostering teams and site senior admins to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead rostering for all front-line staff across day, evening and night shifts to deliver operational stability.
• Backfill shifts and manage requests for new shifts across our workforce.
• Partner with the corporate workforce optimisation team to ensure rostering data is accurate and forecast-ready.
• Lead onboarding and access to timekeeping system and related troubleshooting.
• Maintain confidential rostering information in line with policy and conduct expectations.
• Collaborate with site leadership to ensure adequate staff 24/7 including casual backups.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance processes and staffing experience.
