Job No: ROS251435
Are you ready for a role where you can walk out the door knowing you have helped deliver exceptional care by ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time? At Roshana Care Group, we have been proudly caring for older Australians for more than 20 years across Western Australia, Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia, and Victoria, and we are continuing to grow. Guided by our values of Compassion, Respect, Communication, Teamwork, and Integrity, we do not just provide care – we create real homes and real connections.
Macleay Valley Aged Care is a large 150‑bed home in Frederickton on the NSW mid‑north coast, overlooking rural and river landscapes. The site offers a mix of single and companion rooms, verandas, chapel, café and extensive communal areas that encourage social connection.
We are looking for a Rostering Coordinator to join our aged care team at Macleay Valley Aged Care, in a (full‑time) capacity.
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Rostering Coordinator to manage the day-to-day rostering and workforce coordination for our aged care facility. This fast-paced role is critical to ensuring safe staffing levels are maintained while supporting operational efficiency and high-quality resident care.
Working closely with the Facility Manager, clinical leaders, and employees, you will coordinate rosters, manage shift replacements, maintain workforce records, and respond to changing staffing requirements in a timely and professional manner. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives under pressure, and has exceptional organisational and communication skills.
If you enjoy coordinating people, solving staffing challenges, and playing a vital role in supporting quality aged care services, we would love to hear from you.
Your life is yours to live, we’re simply along to support the ride. This is always how we’ve seen our role; to stand beside you on your journey, never leading or pushing you towards a certain goal or lifestyle. That means that a lot of what we do starts with a curiosity to get to know you. We listen and then design a care plan that suits your needs. This mandate extends to all areas of support - from mental health care to aged care and independent living assistance. When it comes to people, being heard is often the most important thing.
