Job summary

ACESGroup is seeking an experienced Rostering Coordinator to join our Rostering Team in Redfern, NSW. This 100% office-based role involves maintaining rostering platforms, coordinating staff rosters, and supporting operational priorities within a 24/7 workforce.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of rostering experience, strong communication and organisational skills, and flexibility to cover nights on a rotating roster.

• Ability to multitask, prioritise and work independently.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to cover night shifts on rotating roster.

• Respond to roster changes, staffing requirements and operational priorities in a timely manner.
• Liaise and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide general administrative support to the Rostering Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the rostering platform and related systems.
• Coordinate and schedule staff rosters in line with contractual and operational requirements.

• Provide general administrative support to the Rostering Team.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar rostering, scheduling or workforce coordination role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a confident and professional approach.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise competing demands, work independently and contribute as part of a team.
• Excellent organisational skills with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.
• Flexibility to work across the rotating roster, including weekends, and to cover night shifts where operationally required.
• Availability to participate in night-shift training/familiarisation as part of the initial training process.
• A Security Licence is desirable but not mandatory.
