Job summary

ANZUK Education in Sydney's Sutherland Shire is seeking a Diploma/ECT Room Leader to start in 2027. The role offers up to $53 per hour plus super, with above-ratio staffing and dedicated programming time to support high-quality learning.

You will mentor educators, design child-led experiences aligned with EYLF and NQF, build strong relationships with families, and contribute to a collaborative team culture in a well-resourced environment.

Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ECT qualification.
• Current NESA accreditation if ECT-qualified.
• Strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Framework.
• Previous Room Leader experience is highly regarded.
• Confidence mentoring other educators.
