Job summary

Kiddiwinks Play Laugh And Learn in Warriewood is seeking an experienced Room Leader to join our friendly team. You’ll lead early childhood programs, plan engaging activities, and support children aged 0–6 in a two-location service (Vuko Place and Jubilee Avenue).

We value high-quality care, teamwork, and strong communication. Suitable candidates have EYLF knowledge, current Working with Children Check, First Aid, and a collaborative, professional approach to everyday learning.

Qualifications

• EYLF knowledge and its application in day-to-day practice
• Understanding of child development for 0–6 years
• Experience using online programming tools and recording documentation
• Child protection training and up-to-date working with children checks
• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification
• First Aid certification and ongoing safety training
• Knowledge of Education and Care National Regulations (ACECQA)
• Strong understanding of child development principles for early learning
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Comfort with professional expectations and regulatory requirements
