Job summary

Growth Mindset Early Learning Centre in Campbelltown is seeking an experienced Room Leader to oversee daily room operations, lead educational programming and mentor staff. The role focuses on child safety, high-quality learning experiences and strong partnerships with families.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years in a leadership role in early childhood, hold a Diploma or be working towards a Bachelor in Early Childhood Education, and possess valid NSW Working With Children

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in a Room Leader or early childhood leadership role.
• Hold/working towards a Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or have a related bachelor.
• Current NSW Working With Children Check and relevant first aid qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operation of the room to ensure a safe, organised and engaging learning environment.
• Mentor educators in programming, supervision and child safety.
• Provide feedback and address unsafe practices promptly.
• Ensure routines are implemented consistently and align with EYLF V2.0.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and relationships with families.
