Job summary

Rise & Shine Kindergarten is seeking a confident Room Leader to oversee the Dundas Nursery room within our NSW centres. You will deliver high-quality programs, foster safe and inclusive learning environments, and build strong relationships with families.

You will mentor and support a team of educators while collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals. This role offers generous pay, birthday leave, career growth opportunities, and staff discounts on childcare.

Qualifications

• NQS and EYLF understanding required.
• WWCC/Blue Card, First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis & Child Protection training needed.
• Room Leader experience is highly regarded but not essential.

Requirements:

• A solid understanding of the NQS and EYLF
• WWCC/Blue Card, First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis & Child Protection Training
• Experience as a Room Leader highly regarded, but not essential
• A genuine love for learning and the leadership skills to match
• Cert III and Diploma qualified educators are encouraged to apply
