Guardian Childcare & Education is seeking a Room Leader in Queensland to lead high-quality educational practice, guide your team and create engaging experiences shaped by children's strengths and interests. You will mentor educators, build trusted relationships with children and families, and contribute to safety, quality improvement and compliance within a supportive network.

Applicants should have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or approved equivalent, a current Working with Children

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or approved equivalent.
• Experience leading a room and mentoring educators.
• Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
• Collaborative, caring and professional leadership.
