Passion Education Pty Ltd – Rosemeadow NSW is seeking an enthusiastic ECT Room Leader to create a warm, secure learning space for children and collaborate closely with families and your team.

You’ll lead your room with care, deliver engaging programs, ensure safety and inclusion, and contribute to a supportive, people-first workplace with wellbeing leave and birthday leave.

As a Room Leader, you will lead your room with care and confidence. You will create a safe, warm and fun learning space for children and work closely with your team and families every day.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• ECT in Early Childhood Education and Care, I with at least 2 years’ experience
• Love working with children and supporting their learning
• Kind, patient and caring nature
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to creating safe and inclusive environments
• Current Working With Children Check
• Child Protection Training
• Emergency First Aid & CPR in ECEC
