Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten – Lara Lakes is opening soon, and we are seeking an experienced Educational Leader to establish strong educational foundations from day one. You will mentor a passionate team of educators, drive high-quality learning environments and partner with the leadership team to ensure exceptional practice.

Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved diploma or higher is required.
• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education highly regarded.
• Previous leadership experience in new centre openings is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQF and National Quality Standards.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Current Working with Children Check and Police Check.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee educational practice across all learning environments.
• Mentor, coach and develop educators to build confidence and capability.
• Support curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice.
• Embed Aspire's Grow, Learn & Connect philosophy.
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF).
• Drive continuous quality improvement from the centre's opening.
• Foster meaningful relationships with children, families and the local community.
• Partner with the Centre Leadership Team to support daily operations.
• Build a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture.
