Job summary

Community Kids Haven Early Learning Centres in Redan, VIC, is seeking an experienced Room Leader to inspire a team of educators and deliver high-quality EYLF-aligned programs.

You will be supported by leadership, uphold high standards, and build strong partnerships with families to create a warm, inclusive environment where children can thrive.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care as approved by ACECQA.
• Experience leading a nursery/toddler room in an early childhood setting.
• Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
• Working With Children Check (WWCC) and National Police Check.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire your team of educators.
• Deliver engaging, play-based programs aligned with the EYLF.
• Maintain high standards in line with the NQS and National Regulations.
• Build positive partnerships with children, families and the wider community.
• Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
• Use dedicated programming time to plan, document and reflect on children's learning.
