Job summary

Accor, Batman’s Hill on Collins in Melbourne, is seeking a friendly Room Attendant (Casual) to help create a welcoming guest experience. You’ll clean rooms, restock amenities, and collaborate with the Housekeeping team to meet high standards in a busy hotel.

The Heartist philosophy guides our approach—focus on detail, care for guests, and flexible weekend shifts. Previous housekeeping is a plus; strong customer focus and reliability are essential.

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas to a high standard

• Take ownership of guests’ privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional service

Room Attendant - Casual
You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Room Attendant, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, comfortable and memorable experience for every guest. With a strong eye for detail and pride in presentation, you’ll help maintain the high standards that define our hotel.

This is a hands-on, active role suited to someone who enjoys staying busy, working as part of a supportive team, and making a real impact on the guest experience each day.

As a Heartist, you’ll bring genuine care and warmth to your work, helping guests feel relaxed, valued and at home throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Physical fitness and enjoyment of an active, hands-on role
