Job summary

Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific on the NSW Central Coast is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant/Cleaner for a part-time role. You will attend to guest requests, deep clean rooms, service suites, and assist the wider housekeeping team to maintain brand standards and high levels of cleanliness.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of hotel housekeeping experience, strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific is located opposite one of the most spectacular beaches right in the heart of Terrigal on the NSW Central Coast. We are currently looking for hardworking, dedicated individuals with an eye for detail, quality and cleanliness to join our amazing team in a part time capacity.

Your day to day

• Attending to guest requests.
• Reporting any maintenance concerns.
• Check out, service and deep cleaning of rooms in line with brand standards.
• Assisting the wider Housekeeping Team as needed.
• Ensuring equipment and pantries are kept clean and maintained.
• Working with a range of chemicals.
• Deep cleaning and daily cleaning of all Resort public areas in line with brand standards.
• Monitoring and controlling supplies and amenities to minimise wastage.

What we need from you

With 1-2 years of experience within a housekeeping environment in a hotel or resort, as the ideal candidate, you will have good communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.

You will need to be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment and able to carry, push or lift heavy objects such as linen, beds, bed sheets and vacuum cleaners, and be able to frequently stand up and move about the Resorts grounds.

Knowledge of safe working habits and chemical handling along with the use of cleaning machinery is desirable.
