You will craft cocktails and beverages to high standards, with flexible evenings, weekends, and public holidays as part of a rotating roster. RSA certification and hospitality experience are essential for this exciting role.

Qualifications

• Previous bartender experience in a hotel, bar or premium hospitality venue.
• Solid knowledge of cocktails, spirits and beverage service.
• RSA certification is required.
• Impeccable personal presentation and a professional, positive attitude under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive bar service to Rooftop at QT guests.
• Prepare and serve a full range of beverages to the hotel's quality standards, ensuring consistency and responsible service.
• Maintain knowledge of the food and beverage menu and guide guests through drinks and pairings.
• Keep your section stocked, clean and guest-ready; complete opening and closing duties.
• Handle payments accurately and adhere to cashiering policies; maintain equipment.
• Participate in rostered training sessions and support other outlets when required.
