Job summary

Matrix Steel, a national leader in roofing fabrication and installation, is seeking a full-time Roofing Site Supervisor to join the Gympie team. The role focuses on on-site measurement, coordinating metal roofing supply and installation, and ensuring quality of work across projects in the Gympie region.

You will liaise with builders and sub-contractors, manage scheduling, and uphold safety standards while building strong internal and external partnerships. A valid driver's licence is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work at heights and accurately measure roofing components.
• Strong understanding of the roofing/installation process.
• Ability to schedule jobs and coordinate subcontractors and material deliveries.
• Clear communication with builders and subcontractors.
• Honesty and integrity to build trusted partnerships.
• Valid driver’s licence is required.

Key Responsibilities

• On site measuring of roofing & associated products
