Job summary

Matrix Steel in Gympie region is seeking a full-time Roofing Site Supervisor to lead onsite roofing projects across the Gympie area. You will measure roofing and associated products, coordinate material supply and installation, and ensure quality of works while liaising with builders and sub-contractors.

The role requires the ability to work at heights, strong understanding of the building and roofing processes, and reliable communication with subcontractors.

Qualifications

Must be able to work at heights and measure roofing materials.
Good understanding of the building process and roofing workflow.
Ability to schedule jobs and coordinate subcontractors and material delivery.

Responsibilities

On site measuring of roofing & associated products
Minor Roofing Repairs and fix ups
Co-ordinate the supply & install of metal roofing
Quality assured completed works
Liaise with builders and sub-contractors
Maintain and develop strong working relationships with sub-contractors
