Job summary

Proficiency in Roof Wizard is essential, with strong product knowledge and communication skills. You will report to the Business Development Director and coordinate with estimators, supervisors, administration, and installers to ensure timelines

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in interpreting residential construction plans and specs.
• Experience estimating roofing and rainwater installation projects.
• Knowledge of materials, costs, and installation practices.

Responsibilities

• Produce workflow timelines to meet deadlines and standards.
• Coordinate estimators, supervisors, and installers to manage workloads.
• Prepare quotes with cost of materials and labour for jobs.
• Follow up outstanding quotes to maximise acceptance.
• Communicate progress to the supervisor and builders.
