Greater Hume Council is seeking a motivated Roller Operator to join the Maintenance Grading Team at the Jindera Works Depot. You will work on a range of road maintenance and civil construction projects across the council area, ensuring safe, high-quality outcomes and efficient operations.
The role requires experience with rollers and small plant, a Construction Industry White Card, and the ability to work well in a team.

Greater Hume Council is seeking a motivated and reliable Roller Operator to join our Maintenance Grading Crew. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a diverse range of road maintenance and civil construction projects while enjoying the variety that comes with working throughout the Greater Hume region.
Working closely with the Maintenance Grading Leading Hand and, at times, a small team of contractors, you will play an important role in maintaining Council's extensive road network and supporting safe, high-quality outcomes for our communities.
This position is based at Council's Jindera Works Depot and offers a 38-hour week and a 9-day fortnight, providing an excellent work-life balance.
Salary: $1,197.90 to $1,341.60 gross per week, plus 12% Superannuation, applicable allowances, and opportunities for overtime.
