Greater Hume Council is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Relations Officer to join our team on a casual basis. This rewarding role combines customer service and library support, providing the opportunity to engage with community members while delivering high-quality services across a range of Council locations.
As one of the first points of contact for Council, you will play a key role in creating positive customer experiences by providing accurate information, responding to enquiries, and supporting access to Council and community services. You will also contribute to the day-to-day operations of Council libraries, assisting with programs, activities and events that enhance community engagement.
This is a dynamic and varied role requiring a high level of flexibility, with shifts allocated according to operational requirements across Council's service centres and libraries in Culcairn, Henty, Holbrook and Jindera.
This position is offered on a casual basis, with the opportunity to work up to 35 hours per week, subject to availability and operational requirements.
Salary: $42.78 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading) plus 12% Superannuation.
