Job summary

Rockwear Miranda is seeking a Store Manager to coach, develop and guide the team to deliver exceptional customer service and strong sales performance. You will lead by example, drive KPI achievement, mentor staff on product knowledge, and ensure visual standards and stock control are executed to maximise results.

Ideal candidates will have proven management experience, a passion for retail and fashion, and the ability to motivate a team to meet store budgets and KPI expectations.

The Role

As our store manager you will coach, develop and guide team members in your store to deliver exceptional customer service to create a lasting impression.

• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI's and proactively identifying solutions that will increase team engagement, customer satisfaction and overall results
• Driving sales and customer excellence
• Coaching and mentoring team members to upskill their product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service and ensure their career goals are being achieved
• Execution of visual merchandising directive
• Lead and deliver effective stock management
