Job summary

Rockwear in Mackay is seeking a passionate Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales while delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will coach and mentor staff, manage stock, and execute visual merchandising to reflect our bold activewear brand.

You’ll be expected to meet and exceed KPI targets, maximise store profitability, and uphold Rockwear’s culture and standards. The ideal candidate has proven retail management experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to developing

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering excellent customer experience in retail.
• Proven ability to lead a store team to achieve KPI targets.
• Experience managing a retail budget and stock control.

• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPI's; identify solutions to improve engagement, satisfaction and results.
• Drive sales and customer excellence.

The Role

The key aspects of your role will involve:

• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI's and proactively identifying solutions that will increase team engagement, customer satisfaction and overall results
• Driving sales and customer excellence
• Coaching and mentoring team members to upskill their product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service and ensure their career goals are being achieved
• Execution of visual merchandising directive
• Lead and deliver effective stock management
