Job summary

Amazon Robotics is expanding its Melbourne team to establish a new Technical Support leadership role. As Manager, you will recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing team, coordinate with Software & Engineering teams worldwide, and drive incident management for high-severity events.

You will balance people management with technical oversight, shape processes, and ensure we maintain a culture of excellence while meeting productivity targets and operational goals in a fast-paced robotics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 4+ years in management or team leadership in a complex tech support environment.
• Proven design, implementation and KPI/SLAs experience.
• Experience leading high severity incident restoration.

Responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, coach and mentor direct reports.
• Maintain productivity targets and ensure policy adherence.
• Collaborate with global Software & Engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Act as escalation point during critical incidents.
