Job summary

Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd in Kemps Creek is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join the Customer Fulfillment team. You will oversee a growing team and define standard work while driving process improvements to scale operations.

The role offers exposure to cross-functional initiatives and leadership across the Fulfillment Center. You will lead Area Managers, monitor metrics hourly, and partner with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety and IT to deliver a high-quality customer

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in logistics or fulfillment environments.
• Experience leading large, diverse teams across multiple sites.
• Strong employee performance management capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma concepts.
• Analytical mindset with attention to process improvement.
• Experience coordinating with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety and IT.

Responsibilities

• Maintain health and safety standards on-site and promote a safety culture.
• Lead Area Managers and shape standard work as operations scale.
• Plan schedules and balance team needs with business goals.
