Job summary

Tech Recruit Australia seeks a Business Development Manager to lead growth in AMR/AGV robotics across Victoria and the Eastern Seaboard. You’ll open doors with senior operations leaders, identify warehouse inefficiencies, and close deals that transform site operations.

You’ll own GTM plans, build strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth with equity upside. This Melbourne-based role offers a base, commission, and opportunity to shape a fast-growing robotics business.

Qualifications

• Experience selling robotics or automation to large enterprises.
• Strong network in logistics and operations.
• Evidence of GTM plans converting to revenue.
• Experience with AMR/AGV or intralogistics is preferred.
• Able to engage C-suite and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business across the Eastern Seaboard, based in Victoria.
• Build go-to-market plans for new territories and sectors.
• Build relationships with Continuous Improvement Managers, Operations Leaders, Decision Makers and Senior Stakeholders.
• Chase opportunities across manufacturing, 3PL, retail, eCommerce, food, automotive and pharma.
• Run deals end to end, from the first call through solution design (with the engineering team) to a signed contract.
• Use your own network, industry events and targeted outreach to keep the pipeline full.
