Job summary

Tyree Transformers designs and manufactures distribution and power transformers. A new Robot Programmer is sought to join the Fabrication Team, with experience in CNC/robot programming and welding, to drive efficiency and ensure high-quality production.

The role requires reading drawings and basic coding, with training available for PMC/C++ and related skills. Mentoring, above-award pay, and RDO-based time-off support career growth in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with, and programming, a CNC machine or Robot (Robotic arc welding).
• Prior welding or manufacturing experience.
• Attention to detail and a drive for higher efficiencies.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic fast-changing environment.
• Ability to work autonomously to achieve set tasks in a timely and efficient manner and demonstrate high levels of self-motivation and drive.
• The ability to read drawings and basic computer coding skills.
• Knowledge of Fanuc robot with Lincoln welder experience would be a bonus; training can be provided.
