Job summary

Serve Robotics is expanding to the Gold Coast and seeks an Operations Coordinator to launch and scale our Australian operations. You will manage day-to-day deployments, coordinate between field agents and piloting teams, and drive process improvements for efficiency and reliability.

You will support onboarding, track performance metrics, and collaborate with leadership to align with broader strategy. This role is onsite and field-based with some flex hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 3+ years in operations, logistics, or customer service.
• Strong organizational, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfort with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable driving mid-size utility vehicles and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Candidates must have Australian citizen or permanent resident status with unrestricted working rights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily deployments, coordinating between Field Agents and Piloting teams for on-time robot operations.
• Monitor live operations and resolve issues in real time to minimize service disruptions.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and safety protocols across workflows and quality measures.
• Open or close depots in line with scheduled shifts.
• Track and report key operational metrics to measure efficiency and identify improvements.
• Implement new processes and protocols as directed and drive adoption.
• Assist the Sr. Operations Supervisor in daily decision-making and prioritization.
• Support onboarding and training of new Operations Associates and ensure SOP consistency.
• Provide ad hoc operational support across field operations, piloting, and project initiatives.
