RAI seeks a skilled ML/robotics software engineer to design, develop, and enhance software for robotic systems. You will build scalable ML pipelines, train models on cloud and on‑prem infrastructure, and advance production‑grade architectures with cross‑functional teams.

Required are a Master’s in CS or Robotics and 4+ years in ML roles, with strong C++/Python skills, ML Ops experience, and familiarity with ROS, OpenCV, and Open3D. Full‑time position in Cambridge, MA.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or closely related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in a machine learning-related occupation.
  • 4 years of experience with C++ or Python for production ML models and algorithms.
  • 4 years of experience with ML Ops including model versioning and deployment.
  • 2+ years using robotics frameworks such as ROS, OpenCV, Open3D.

Responsibilities

  • Design systems to explore ML solutions for real world problems.
  • Train, deploy, and maintain ML models on cloud and on-prem infrastructure.
  • Build and refine ML pipelines from training to deployment.
  • Design robust model architectures with research and engineering teams.
  • Improve code quality through peer reviews and best practices.
