Job summary

Seeing Machines seeks a Senior Robotics Engineer to lead customer-facing robotics deployments and field integrations. You will own end-to-end development from concept to prototype, blending hands-on robot hardware with AI and software, interfacing with clients and internal teams.

Requirements include a strong builder mindset, hands-on robotics experience, and proficiency in C++, Python, ROS/ROS2, Docker, Git, and DL frameworks. CUDA/TensorRT embedding a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on robotics experience building, configuring, debugging and operating robots in real-world or lab settings.

Responsibilities

• Innovate and rapidly prototype in unscripted problem spaces, proving technical feasibility.
• Own end-to-end engineering tasks, removing blockers and delivering firmware/software.
• Lead field deployments and debugging of robotic platforms in real customer environments.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to clients and engineers.
• Translate customer challenges into actionable AI/software/hardware requirements.
