Job summary

Ferrovial, via its Webber subsidiary, seeks an on-site maintenance technician to service and repair roads and infrastructure assets. You will handle traffic control setup, work at heights, and maintain electrical, CCTV and lighting systems on contracted sites.

The role requires attention to safety and the ability to respond to emergencies during off-hours. Salary ranges between $23–$25 per hour, with experience-based advancement.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in infrastructure, maintenance and repair preferred.
• Valid AZ/DZ driver license with clean driving record desired.
• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Willingness to participate in emergency response rotations.

Responsibilities

• Create safe Maintenance of Traffic plans and set up/ remove traffic devices.
• Work from heights using bucket trucks, scaffolding, ladders, and aerial platforms.
• Maintain bridges, portals, railings, joints, doors and painting as needed.
• Repair roadway catch basins, pumps, hydrants and mechanical assets with hand/power tools.
• Maintain electrical and CCTV systems, emergency phones and lighting.
• Transport crew/equipment to sites using large trucks and trailers.
• Be available for overtime, evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
• Maintain vegetation, signage, guardrails and lighting; keep highways presentable.
• Comply with safety rules and company policies; support a diverse, inclusive environment.
