Webber, part of Ferrovial Construction, is looking for a Maintenance Mechanic/Roadway Maintenance Technician to maintain project trucks and roadway assets at sites in Australia. You will inspect, diagnose, repair, service equipment, and support traffic control operations on complex infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities include safe operation of equipment, performing repairs, maintaining records, and assisting in traffic management during incidents. CDL and NIMS training are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years related maintenance/mechanic experience.
• 2 years in infrastructure, maintenance, or repair environment preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• CDL Class A preferred.
• within three months TTC certification is required.
• Must complete NIMS training within the first month.

Responsabilités

• Inspect trucks and equipment to detect malfunctions or damage.
• Diagnose problems and repair equipment as needed.
• Perform daily services and cleaning of equipment.
• Prepare cost estimates for repairs and services.
• Work at height in bucket trucks, scaffolding, ladders, and lifts.
• Maintain roadways, medians and related infrastructure as directed.
• Set up safe Maintenance of Traffic (M.O.T) zones.
• Support incident response and traffic restoration efforts.
• Travel to sites with crew and equipment as needed.
