Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related field is required.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification, or ability to obtain certification, is preferred.
• Experience with roadway design, transportation engineering, civil infrastructure, or related project work is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of roadway design software including MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer, AutoCAD, GEOPAK, and other applicable design tools is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist with highway designs and plan production under the guidance of experienced engineers.
• Support the development of in-house designs from alternate concepts to final design for construction.
• Assist with roadway design activities for civil infrastructure projects, primarily during Design & Build phases.
• Prepare and revise design plans, exhibits, layouts, and technical documentation based on sketches and project specifications.
