Job summary

TSA Riley is recruiting a Project Manager in Perth to lead client-side delivery of major infrastructure projects across Western Australia. You will contribute across planning, design management, procurement, construction delivery and close-out, coordinating with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 6-12 years' experience delivering infrastructure or services-heavy projects, ideally across roads, energy, water, utilities, or civil infrastructure.
• Experience working client-side in a consultancy environment or delivering projects on behalf of asset owners.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• A proactive, collaborative team player who takes initiative and can operate effectively in complex, technically driven project environments.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects, contributing across planning, design management, procurement, construction delivery, and project close-out.
• Help manage project scope, programme, risk, interfaces, governance, and delivery outcomes to ensure successful project execution.
