Job summary

TSA Riley is seeking a Project Manager to join our Perth team, with a strong pipeline of roads infrastructure projects across Western Australia. You will lead end-to-end delivery, coordinating clients, contractors, consultants, and government authorities to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

The role offers exposure to major infrastructure programs, with a focus on planning through to delivery and close-out, while working in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 6-12 years' experience delivering infrastructure or services-heavy projects, ideally across sectors such as roads, energy, water, utilities, or civil infrastructure.
• Experience working client-side in a consultancy environment or delivering projects on behalf of asset owners.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• A proactive, collaborative team player who takes initiative and can operate effectively in complex, technically driven project environments.

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will support the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects, contributing across planning, design management, procurement, construction delivery, and project close-out.
• Working closely with clients, contractors, consultants, government authorities, and internal stakeholders, you will help manage project scope, programme, risk, interfaces, governance, and delivery outcomes to ensure successful project execution.
• This position offers exposure to complex infrastructure projects and the opportunity to contribute to projects that deliver lasting value to communities.
