Job summary

Fulton Hogan Ltd is seeking a Road Worker at Echuca depot to undertake vegetation control, pothole repairs and sign maintenance while ensuring safety around live traffic. You will operate mobile plant, participate in toolbox meetings, complete risk assessments and data capture, and contribute to on-ground road construction and maintenance across planned programs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Infrastructure Maintenance beneficial.
• Hold a Construction Induction Card (White card).
• Hold a Basic Worksite Traffic Management Ticket (desirable).
• Hold any valid tickets for your relevant area of expertise.

What’s on offer?

Fulton Hogan is proud to have been awarded the Victorian Road Maintenance Contract with the Department of Transport and Planning, which commenced from 1 July 2026. This means we will be on the ground delivering critical road construction, maintenance and resurfacing works throughout the Loddon Mallee Region, including:

• Working on planned maintenance programs designed for long-term performance
• Rebuilding and rehabilitating major road sections
• Delivering high-quality resurfacing works across priority networks
• Responding to urgent repairs to keep roads operational

About you

• Hold a Basic Worksite Traffic Management Ticket (desirable)
• Hold any valid tickets for your relevant area of expertise
• Hold a Medium rigid truck licence.
• Be willing to be flexible and adaptable for a multitude of tasks
• Possess a strong commitment to safety
• Be available to work overtime as required
• Be available for call-out work when required (day, night and on weekends)
• Be a strong team player, reliable and hard-working
