Job summary

RoadTek Wide Bay is seeking a Project Manager in Bundaberg to lead civil infrastructure projects, including road and structures construction, maintenance, rehabilitation and preconstruction activities.

You will manage scope, timeframes and budgets while ensuring safety and quality, building strong stakeholder relationships, and leading a capable project team to deliver practical infrastructure solutions for Queensland communities.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver civil infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in planning resources, tendering and bid management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage resources to deliver infrastructure projects.
• Oversee scope, schedule, cost, quality and safety outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and contractors.
• Lead project teams to achieve objectives and high-quality outcomes.
• Contribute to estimating, tendering and bid activities with construction and maintenance expertise.
• Monitor budgets and progress claims to ensure value for money.
