Job summary

RoadTek Wide Bay seeks a Project Manager in Bundaberg to lead delivery of civil infrastructure projects, including roads and structures, focusing on safety, quality and on-time performance.

You will manage scope, timeframes and budgets while guiding a team and coordinating stakeholders across the project lifecycle. Diploma in Project Management and Frontline Management qualification are highly desirable, with a current QLD C class license preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in project delivery with leadership and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of road construction and/or maintenance practices.
• Strong project management capability and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams to high-quality outcomes.
• Diploma in Project Management and Frontline Management qualification are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage resources to deliver infrastructure projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality and risk across projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead, supervise and develop project team members.
• Contribute to estimating, tendering and bid management with expert advice on construction/maintenance practices.
• Monitor budgets, measure progress and administer progress claims.
