Job summary

Downer Group is seeking a motivated Stabilisation Crew Member to join our Road Stabilisation team in Dandenong South. You will gain experience across a variety of mobile plant equipment including rollers, stabilisers and spreaders, and develop into a well-rounded operator with opportunities to progress.

This full-time role requires willingness to travel regionally and interstate, regular away-from-home time and a commitment to Zero Harm.

Qualifications

• Experience in road construction or earthmoving is highly regarded.
• Willing to operate various machinery and assist with labouring work.
• Strong team player able to work efficiently with others.
• Commitment to a Zero Harm safety culture.
• Able to travel regionally and interstate as required.
