Job summary

Bland Shire Council is seeking a practical, confident and organised leader to oversee civil/road construction and maintenance projects. You will coordinate staff, equipment, and resources to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes for the road network and community.

Applicants should hold a Class C license, WHS Construction Induction, and Traffic Control qualifications (or be willing to obtain). A family-based culture and flexible rosters are highlighted in the benefits.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in civil or road construction and maintenance.
• Current Class C Driver licence and WHS Construction Induction Card.
• Qualified in Traffic Control and implementing Traffic Control Plans, or willingness to obtain.
