Workfast is seeking reliable Road Labourers to join a local government project in Hay NSW. You will assist with cut and fill earthworks, site prep, and general labouring tasks on civil and rail construction sites.

Tasks include supporting plant operators, installing drainage and structural elements, keeping the site clean and safe, and adhering to safety requirements. Start ASAP with end date 24 December 2026; overtime opportunities exist.

Competenze

• White Card required.
• C Class Drivers Licence required.
• Reliable transport to site.
• Civil or infrastructure labouring experience preferred.
• Workers on Foot Ticket Bonus may apply.
• Traffic control tickets advantageous.
• Must pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen.
• Police Check - Current.

Pay Rate: $45.45 p/hr + Overtime + Super
Location: Hay, NSW
Hours of work: 8.5 hours per day, 76 per fortnight.
Start Date:ASAP
End Date: 24th December 2026

What You Will Be Doing:

• Assisting with cut and fill earthworks and general site prep
• Labouring support for plant operators, trades and concreters
• Spotting for machinery and working around live plant
• Installing drainage, rail fastenings, and structural elements
• Cleaning and maintaining a safe worksite
• Supporting multiple civil and rail construction teams

What you need

• Construction White Card
• C Class Drivers Licence
• Reliable transport to and from site
• Previous experience in civil or infrastructure labouring
• Workers on Foot Ticket Bonus
• Traffic control tickets
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
• Police Check - Current
